A short hike from Omu mountain, the terrain falls away into valea Gaura (the Gaura valley). Carpathian mountains, Romania. This is the red cross trail (Omu - Valea Gaura - Bran) described here:

The initial descent is almost leisurely; the last and longest leg is a steep, interminable scramble through the trees over protruding roots. Scanned Ilford Pan-F Plus film, August, 2006.
