We are wanting to buy Marcella Formica laminate flooring and have been quoted .69/sq ft. We found an article that made it seem that it can be purchased for .99/ sq ft; but the retail stores aren't quoting that price. Do dealers/ retailers expect you to try to bargain with them?

You can always try and bargain for anything. But, don't be dissappointed if they don't go for it. When you buy a new car, do you pay the sticker price? Nope, you ask for the *best price* and then you buy or not. Same goes with anything.
