Hogmanay fireworks were not welcomed by all
Sir, Gerry Reynolds makes great play about the "Highland" nature of the council's Hogmanay party. While this may be true with regard to the excellent bands he booked, I wonder if he could tell us what is so "Highland" about fireworks.
